Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using bingotime.co.za, joining a BingoTime session or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The BingoTime service

BingoTime provides interactive bingo participation, digital card issuance and marking, automatic and host-verified winner detection, a big-screen show display, and booking enquiries. Features may change as the platform develops.

3. Fair play and acceptable use

• Use accurate display name information.
• Do not interfere with the platform, other players, card marking or venue equipment.
• Do not attempt to access host controls or another player’s card.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harmful names.
• Follow venue rules and reasonable instructions from the host.
• BingoTime does not automatically censor or pre-screen display names. Players are responsible for the names they submit, while hosts may rename, hide, or remove a player at any time according to venue rules or event requirements.

4. Winner verification and host decisions

BingoTime verifies claimed wins server-side against the real call history before a host can confirm them. For a live entertainment event, the host’s final confirmation decision stands unless the host chooses to reconsider it.

5. Not a gambling platform

BingoTime is an entertainment and event-hosting tool. It does not accept real-money wagers or bets, and does not process betting payouts of any kind — it is not a licensed gambling operator and must not be presented, marketed, or used as one.

6. Prizes

Any prize offered during a session is chosen, funded, and awarded entirely by the host and/or venue running that session, at their own discretion and responsibility. BingoTime and Noel Johnson Entertainment are not a party to, and accept no responsibility or liability for, any prize offered, promised, or awarded during a session.

7. Availability and devices

The service depends on internet access, participant devices, browsers and venue systems. We aim to provide a reliable experience but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BingoTime and Noel Johnson Entertainment are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from device failure, connectivity, venue systems, prize disputes, or events beyond reasonable control.
